Dottie Herman Speaking Engagements
Dottie is called on by numerous organizations to speak on leadership in business and on issues relevant to the real estate industry. She is a regular speaker at conferences held by Inman News both in New York City and San Francisco, RIS Media at locations across the country and Real Estate NEXT in Long Island.
Shortly after acquiring Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Manhattan, Dottie was a featured speaker at Deutsche Bank’s Preferred Customer seminar, addressing the issues of investing in real estate as a part of these client’s financial portfolios. She meets regularly with representatives from around the world, most recently from France and China to review our business model for operating a successful real estate company in the U.S.
Dottie frequently addresses audiences at the Association of Real Estate Women, REBNY, ORT, and other industry organizations to discuss market trends and current issues in real estate.
As a recognized leader in real estate, Dottie is often asked to speak on television, locally and nationally. Most recently Dottie was on CBS, NBC and CNN when the market continued to be strong in New York while the rest of the country was suffering from the mortgage credit crisis. |
